I will say that Claws/SR is an absolute blast. I love mine. As I mentioned once before, it's like playing a forcefield-coated rotary saw.

I am making another toon and this time I want to base him off a comic-book type superspeed hero.
I want to use a Claws/SR brute for this idea. I am thinking along of the lines of whirlwind comic book villian.
I know he will not be the most powerful brute but I am hoping to have some fun playing him. I want SS and maybe fly as well from travel pools. I want it maximized for end recovery because I want him fast all the time if possible. If we can throw in one of the most hated powers in the game, whirlwind, that would put the icing on the cake. As far as epic power I am completely open as long as it fits the speedster theme.
