Haven't gotten much feedback on this. Not sure if it's cause it's early or if no one is interested. Let me know what the case is so I can adjust the event. I've heard some things about the entrance being too high. If that's the case I'll lower it. Let me know what you think here please. Thanks.
The entrance fee shouldn't be a problem. I have ran events for 500mil entrance fees that consistently had good turnout. Probably just the too early factor IMHO. I am sure you will have a huge turnout. :-) I would join and support your event but the only thing I enjoy pvp'n lately is my rad/psy which would make me a handicap to most people being they would have to play a similar self healing toon to make it work.

You may also want to take into consideration that I run weekly Rikti mothership raids every Thursday night at 8:30 P.M. ET / 5:30 P.M. PT. Now while I don't PvP and I don't know how many that consistently mothership raid with me do, it may be a factor.

Also agreed. 99% of the pvpers are droping billion upon billions into PvP IO's, so I really have a hard time believing anyone would have a hard time with the entry fee. I myself would consider it quite cheap for the opprotunity at taking the whole pot home. Its a bracket, so get a good team, play smart, and play tough, and its anyones game.

Champion Server 2v2 Bracket
Team Sign Ups
1. All team sign ups must be emailed ingame to @Berserk Frost with the following.
Team Name
Both character names
ex: Team Name - Toon 1, Toon 2.
Prizes and Entrance Fee
1. There will be a 200 Million Influence entrance fee per team to go towards the prize.
2. Top two teams get paid, 75% for first, 25% for second.
Match Time
1. Thursday October 14th, 6:00 PM PST / 9:00 PM EST
2. All entrance fees must be emailed ingame the night of the fight to @Berserk Frost by 5:45 PM PST / 8:45 PM EST
Rules and Procedures
(Breaking these rules or procedures will result in a disqualification with no entrance fee refund.)
1. All matches will be selected randomly in a Blind Draw Single Elimination Bracket.
3. All matches will be fought under the following conditions
10 minutes
Super Heavy Weight
Heal decay Off
Travel Suppression Off
Small inspirations only
Random map. (Reset on Cage, Office and Eden only.)
4. In the event of a tie the match will be replayed once.
5. If another tie occurs each team will pick one player to represent their team in a 1v1.
6. Lineups must stay the same throughout the whole tournament. (No switching toons between matches)
7. There may be no more than one stalker per team.
