Redraw could get annoying with the healing in Pain so you might want to look for a non-weapon primary, or alternately use a less intensive secondary, such as Rad. This is just my opinion, but if you want to carry on with it just say and I can try and help you with a build etc.

Been looking towards this since I18 came out and havn't seen anyone with builds on it and would like imput on the idea, and/or builds if you have them. (price does not matter so long as it works. Keep in mind I do not think I will be PVPing but that does not mean I will not buy the IO's for it if it works.) Thanks all
