Teamed or Solo?
My 1st choice would be Fire/Ice Blaster.
You get great AOE damage
You get decent ST damage
You get loads of utility from /Ice
Shiver is a wonderful power on Blasters, Ice Patch is as well.

a little of both. i like to group mostly,though..
hey guys,
so im having a very hard time deciding what i want to make.
I'm mostly looking for something that can do decent aoe/single target damage along with a bit of utility if possible.
I also prefer offensive abilities over defensive..i dont mind playing either a melee or ranged
