I'm afraid looking at the buffs list for the entire team is just about the easiest way. Just remember what your buff icons look like. Or I guess you could actually look at your teammates and see if they still have the cold shields on them.

Use Herostats with the 'in game' window, you get a list of buffs you've cast grouped by target and with the time remaining on them.
Unfortunately, that's just about the only way you can do it. If you're not already, though, you can hide inherents. It helps.

There is a way to filter out some of the icon's and since I am at work I don't remember the wording but it's something like "don't show buffs from self" it get's rid of the acco icons etc. Just play around in the options window you will find it. Makes that team window list managable for buffing purpose.

I thought this would be the best place to ask this. My guy is /ice and i need to keep buffs up on my team. I was wondering if there was a wayt hat I can only see my buffs. I know I can press the little arrow next to my team mates names but that puts up all thier buffs. But some teams buff go hafe way across my screen and I can't keep track of mine.
