Character is a fire control/psionic assualt/ice mastery dominator. Level 50.
When I activate Hibernate and then turn it off... NoPhase comes on me, which is normal. However after roughly 22-25 seconds NoPhase is on me certain powers will be greyed out to me. Kinda like when you're level 1 and want to use Ninja Run. When NoPhase finally comes off I am able to use these powers again.
The powers I've seen affected by this are: Pocket D VIP Pass, Jump Pack, Sleet (from Ice Mastery)
