leveling pacts are still between two players.
You still need to be level 5 or lower to enter into a pact.
The only change to pacts is that you can pact across factions. So yes, Hero's can pact with Villains, and changing alignments won't break pacts.

If you have two daughters, you can pact them both with one another, then that way, they'll be evenly matched. You could then tag along, with super-sidekicking taking care of the rest.
Yeah super sidekicking has made it redundant.
That's exactly what I plan on doing. I will link them together, so they will always be equal. I will be the "odd woman out" 
and SK to them. Thanks again for everyone's help on this!!!

Hello everyone!
I was wondering about the current status of leveling pacts. I haven't ever used one before, but with my girls being older now, they wanted to start playing (actually playing, not swimming in the AP lake) the game some. I know that shortly after I13 introduced the leveling pacts, Positron said they would consider expanding them to possibly include more than two players.
My question: Have they expanded leveling pacts, or are they still only between two characters?
