Server Insability on Defiant

I had this Friday night. Crashed 4 times in 3 hours. Now I normally crash about 1 or 2 times a month.
Tonight it seemed fine.
Most of my crashes were while fighting not zoning others on the team were also DCing.
Happy to be on Defiant.

The connectivity issues back then never caused crashes for me at least. I just lost connection to mapserver. Likewise i am not crashing now, ever. I am however getting very random small burst of lag where my game just freezes, mapserver message pops up for a moment then resumes, but this happens like... 2-3 times on a day.
I was crashing a lot and experiencing extreme load times (like 5mins and upwards) but since I've updated my GFX card drivers they seem to have mostly gone away.
I'm on a nVidia GTX295, W7 32bits and 2GBs RAM by the way.

It's not the graphics cards... the servers are having troubles every night lately.

Yeah my box is the same as it has been for maybe a year or 2 now and this is a recent phenomenon

Tonight it's been reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalllllllllllllllly bad. I've crashed like 5 or 6 times, often when zoning or exiting missions.
Anyone experiencing the same?

I've been at the player meet over the weekend, so I've played quite a lot, and I haven't had any zone/mission exit crashes at all. I was playing on pretty small teams, if the makes a difference -- 2, 3 or 4.

Death is part of my attack chain.
I have recently been experiencing lots of instability on Defiant server.
I am crashing regularly and if I zone from Ouro to IP that's a guaranteed logout - I can almost replicate it.
It seems that others are experiencing similar issues on the Defiant Events channel but is this a server or a routing issue? I remember about 18 months back, there were huge issues with the EU servers, which turned out to be a problem with the link between the UK and the German servers.
Apart from crashing I'm not experiencing many server issues, nothing untoward in any way but reliability is a problem right now.
Who else experiencing this or similar?
