I had one at lvl 50. Claw is a very fun build. Mine didn't take Tough and I see you took the new epic tools to offset the endurance cost. Mine took Mu for Balls of Lightning instead.


I didn't need Tough 'cause shockwave and focus offer a lot of knocks. Some may hate it but others like me just like to knock things around for fun.


And willpower is very good.


What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.
