Graphics Card Crash and Recove

So I am running Coh on windows 7 ultimate on a lenovo and whenever I run the game, a black screen come on and tells me that my graphics card crashed but then recovered. Ive looked everywhere to try and fix the prob and tried to follow instructions, but im not too computer saavy. Someone lend me a hand?
