I made this build... not sure how good it is, i was bored in a farm so i quickly slapped one up, idk if its decent but ill be teaming and such a bit, lots of tfs, and a few missions, etc. not a super farming machine, but maybe a farm here and there

I spent almost a year and probably close to 2 billion slotting my tri-form warshade but I then turned around and spent 2 billion over 2 days to slot my grav/rad controller. Granted that 2 billion was emailed from several of my characters to him while the warshade was before email and he had to do it on his own.

The next thing is I would most that slot in Tough with the Steadfast back to Incandesence to have it available in the event you SSK down and also because it would always be on while in Tough it would go away if the toggle drops.
In Stamina I am wondering about the Perf Shifter: end mod/recharge. If you just want the travel speed increase that's fine but you'll get more endurance our of an End Mod and even more from the Perf Shifter: +end IO.
Also I am not seeing any Knockback Protection. You really need at least one of them.
As for build goes, I believe most people would say you want Lightform a lot sooner than level 49.

I just resubscribed to CoH.... and I noticed I had a 34 PB... I want this toon to be a human form only and im looking for a human form build.... if possible can someone make me up a build for mids? make it for a level 50 pb
