CJ+Focused Acc VS Maneuvres+Tactics

I was thinking bout switching cmbt jumping for maneuvre and focused accu for tactics.

Pro: Caps def on every positions (my build is a 1% from cap on ranged def), gives team bonus.
Con: I lose the mini travel power hurdle+CJ.

Endo-wise its about the same, CJ cost almost nothing but Focused Acc is about twice the leadership toggles.

Now the real question is what is Tactics vs Focused Accuracy. Mids states:

Tactics: 7% to hit, 48%perce, 36%res blind
(I dont need the res status on it, tho its always good for the team)

Focused Accu: 5% to hit, 60%perce, 70%res hit debuff, +20% accuracy

~ If you don't need the Immobilization protection, Hurdle + CJ can be replaced when needed by Ninja Run. Sadly the end costs on Ninja Run means you will need to click it on and off as needed unless your build is ridiculously blessed with endurance management.

~ Focused Accuracy uses much more endurance.

~ On the other hand, Focused Accuracy's 70% resistance to Hit Debuff is better in the late game than what Tactics offers. Tactics is good, but you'll have lots of accuracy for most builds.

Without seeing your build, if you can manage to cap with CJ and FA I'd go that way just because I'd rather manage FA on and off as needed and keep on CJ all the time than manage Ninja Run.

With CJ/FA, I dont have ninja running but I have Super Speed.

I would say it depends on if you team more. If you are solo most of the time, CJ + Focused Acc is probably better, if you team more often then you have a good case for the Leadership powers being better for you.

Swapping out 2 of the LOTG for 2 BOTZ (from Combat Jumping) in your current build puts you over the soft cap in everything

I play most of the time with a Kin troller and a WP tanker.

Or you can take CJ and Assault and throw the IO for +Tohit in CJ and get a nice dmg buff out of it too.
I dont need much dmg boost actually, AAO and Fulcrum Caps me most of the time.
Tho on my build I need the defence from Gausian x6.

I have no idea what BOTZ is

Blessing of the Zephyr. It's a universal travel power set that gives ranged and AoE defense for 2 and 3 slots respectively.

Ok thanks. Tho the with maneuvre I hit cap too and swaping Luck means I'll have to toss one into Grand Cover and losing Kismet.

Does anyone have serious numbers on 2% to-hit VS 20% accuracy?

One is multiplicative the other is additive, comparing the two (acc vs to hit) is very relative to the rest of your build and what you are fighting when asking which is "better" to add more of to your build.

Kismet (+6% to hit) I find is often the difference in my builds of fighting +1 con higher. If the build hits +2's at 95% then it'll now hit +3's at 95% instead. But Kismet or any other +to hit works much better the more accuracy a power has ... including any global bonuses effecting the power (such as your +20% accuracy from Focused Accuracy).

The link is a good place to read up on To Hit vs Accuracy.

And note the first bullet point in "Results, Notes, and Observations" section in particular.

Should also consider that with I19, the three picks you currently have in the fitness pool will become inherent, allowing you to pick up maneuvers AND combat jumping if you like.
