if you're talking for lolfiteklub, then probably, just proc slot everything. the only thing elec really has going for it is the end/recov res for sappers otherwise you might as well go regen. but with all the survival tools scrappers can pick up now, phase, hiber, shadow meld, ect. it doesn't matter all that much.

PvP from now on will be on our priority list. If something isn't working out, we'll be in there tweaking it and making it work, for the entire future of the product, not just Issue 13.
So while choosing Elec armor would you go for body mastery or cross over and pick up the leviathan pool
levi or blaze. i'd never go body. especially after fitness is inherent.
