BS / DA build critique

Hi - This is my 1st attempt at a BS / DA build. This is only for PvE but I would like a hard hittin monster that can hit and be hit . The only thing I am not happy with so far is the ranged defense. I usually over/under slot in a few places though. Please critique. $$$ for the most part is no object. (ty marketplace!)

-You have 7 +2.5% recovery, can only use 5
-I would say Physical Perfection is overslotted. It's bonuses aren't good enough for that kind of slotting
-You might want to choose Cloak of Fear or Oppressive Gloom rather than both. (I prefer fear for the -ToHit debuff)
-You're going to have to respec come i19 (fitness becomes an inherent)

Personally I prefer more defense and more recharge, but that's just me. It seems workable enough.

Thanks, I will rework it a bit but probably hold off until after I19. Just started him so it wont be until after I19 and fitness change. I forgot about that when messin around with him.
