Patron pools bugged for hero->villian side swaps

The patron pools appear to be bugged for tanks ( not sure about other ATs yet). I went villain on my tank and did sirocco's arc. I went to respec and I could not choose the 2nd power in some of the patron pools ( iirc two of them had both powers selectable the others did not).

I am an ebil markeeter and will steal your moneiz ...correction stole your moneiz. I support keeping the poor down because it is impossible to make moneiz in this game.

I had exactly the same issue with Mace Mastery, also on a tanker. Mace Blast was available, Web Envelope was not.

this is still a problem Hope it's fixed before issue 19's freespec so that I can use the one I already have.
