Panacea: Chance for +Hit Points/Endurance in Healing Aura

To answer your quesion, it's just you.
That being said, putting it into any click power is less beneficial that putting it into Health, or another power that is permanantly on. You want that to check every 10 seconds, not every time you use the power.
Actually, I was under the impression that it, the Performance Shifter proc, and the Theft of Essence proc worked differently. May need some Test server verification to make sure. http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showt...hlight=panacea

If I slot Panacea: Chance for +Hit Points/Endurance in Healing Aura, will it proc on all targets or just me?
