Not a bad build overall, but you have gone beyond the soft cap, so I have tweaked it a little for you. My main goal was to increase Psi defense some and get the recharge on Energy Drain to be better. Both of these will keep you alive. I didn't change any powers, but Overload isn't needed after you are softcapped.

Are you sure you want to wait so late for Overload? EA relies on its t9 pretty heavily to be competitive.
I have an EA and I don't have Overload at all. Once I was able to softcap defense I respecced out of it. I hate the crash associated with these types of t9's and tend to avoid them if possible.
