Those buttons on the top of each column is what turns on and off the Detail in the entire column.
As for the popup messages. You could try double-checking your options for tooltips and tooltipDelay, but I don't think that's really linked to that feature.
Thanks--I'll check it out. I need to see if this is in my Praetorian toons only. I don't think so, but I'll see.
It was Tooltips being disabled. All fixed.

Since those enhancement popups are usually fairly "instant", I didn't think it was linked to the ToolTipDelay, and therefore not linked to the general ToolTip option, but I guess I was wrong. I'm glad i suggested it anyway, and now I'll know for future reference. Thanks for posting the results. I'm glad it worked out for you.
I have a problem with Manage Enhancements now. Not sure why because I think it started with GR, and didn't have this before. I should add here I have not made any changes to my various toons' Options screen. On some it's the old way. That is,
Open Manage Enhancements, cursor over a power and get the box saying what that power takes for sets, enhancements and specifically what it does. REAL helpful when buying. Above are the Show Detail buttons by the way. But it works
but now...
On SOME toons, I don't get that. other than slotting stuff in there or deleting enhancements in the tray, I can look at the "Details" in the column next to the power set. NOT real helpful.
I'm not alone. some other people have noticed this also. If I can turn off option 2, let me know where. I'm not new to the game, but is driving me nuts. I haven't changed screen resolution so I don't think I'm missing part of the screen. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks.
