Character Deletion Issue

Close the game completely as well as any other running programs. Shut down the computer, wait 2 minutes and power up the computer.
Don't launch any other programs, just launch CoH.
Are the deleted characters still there? If Yes, file a support ticket at http://us.ncsoft.com/en/support/
If No, enjoy the game.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

I will try that out. Tomorrow is actually the last day for the trial account. This also happens to be my second trial in over 2 weeks. If I can't get the character thing straightened out myself then once I go full in the next few days I'll get a hold of tech support.
Mini-bump. Okay reboot didn't work. If after a full shutdown from tonight doesn't do it then once I get full account I am gonna reinstall and if that doesn't work contacting support.
Okay so I deleted 3 characters so far on my account and even though they ARE deleted the game STILL shows them in the character selection screen. I had the Hero & Villain Designer tool opened up when I deleted these 3 characters. Now I have tried to redelete these characters with and without the Designer tool running and yet they STILL show up. I created another character with the tool not running and it deleted fine and without any lingering issues. At this point I am not sure what to do though. Any help would be appreciated.
Sidenote: I just remembered something. I had this tool running last night and I was redoing a character over several times WITHOUT any issues. So yea this is truly boggling my mind.
