Let me guess: You were trying it with a female character?
Known issue.

It happened to both male and female forme.

Same here. No problem to get the long high collar cape with all the patterns on a level 1 male toon.

All is well again at the tailors. Both male and female capes are workiong. Must have been a weird fluke that night. Thanks guys for all your feedback.
I was at the tailor today and noticed that the high collared capes from the "magic booster pack" can no longer be used with all the different styles of capes like they once were able to. I am VERY fond of using the high collar with the translucent cape and no i can no longer do so. Please tell me this is just a bug you guys were unaware of are currently working on fixing. Please tell me you guys didn't do this on purpose.
