Freakshow spawns buggy?

Because I have notice set at 0x1 There are never any Longbow Nullifiers on tip missions.

nope, just regular paper missions
I'm doing +1/x1 missions here, and the first floor there is only 5 minions (two of them are +2 and three are +1 in lvl), each basically it's own individual "mob"
I get to the second floor, the first section, there's three +2 lvl "mobs" with 1 lt and 1 minion, get the second part of the map, there's three +1 "mobs, one consisting of a lt and a minion, another with two minions and the last with a minion by itself.
I'm not sure if the numbers match up for what I'm supposed to get XP-wise...but these spawns definitely aren't right...
