Anyone else havign problems with the Get Swift Cut into Paragon City Rogue Morality Mission?

Seriously, I've reset the silly thing once already. We've led Swift Cut through the sewer, killed literally everything in the mission, and I have no idea what to do. The only 'transmitter' type thing I've found is a box on the dock platform near the end that no matter what I do gives me "You Can't Complete This Objective Yet" no matter what I do. I've brought her to it, clicked it, clicked her, done everything I can, TWICE because I've reset the mission.

Has anyone else run into trouble with this one?

Did you kill the boss on the barge? You were supposed to partially damage it then talk to it.

Yeah, we killed the boss on the barge. I never got any indication that we shouldn't. And if we're not suppose to kill her, than honestly, we shouldn't be able to kill her. Nor any indication that it was something we weren't supposed to do, since the mission didn't auto-fail or anything of the like. :P
