Unknown/New UI for recording?

Or something? Not really sure what it is but they do share the CoH font so I'm not sure if it's something external. I can't recall clicking any buttons or typing any commands to bring this window up, it just showed up when I entered this mission and hasn't gone away yet. It has a record button, and some kind of "next", "skip 10", and "skip 100" and some other buttons I have no idea what they might do. Also a number, "2883712.14 (3)" which could be anything. I'm really confused on this as to what it might, but it doesn't seem to do anything at the moment. Clicking "vel" hides the top bar, and clicking "hide empty" closes the whole thing and I don't know how to bring the UI back up. "record" doesn't seem to do anything either, or "inpVet". Didn't have a chance to click "off" but that probably closes everything as well.

It would be nice if they gave us a recording device.
