It was tested up and down during c/beta and the pact remains intact after the side switch by one of the bound toons. It's probably in the p/notes somewhere.
Correct. Level pact won't be broken if one player switches sides and the other remains.
You can even level pact a Praetorian with a Hero/Villain via pocket d.

I am entirely too lazy to go find the answer so figured I would ask here. 2 toons are level pacted, they do tip missions together and cross to other side is their pact broken or can they remain pacted?
