I've seen the Kronos TItan in the RSF get held. I think that's just Monster class though.
You could pull out a Power Analyzer temp power and see what it tells you, although if memory serves it doesn't include base protection so it might not be that useful.
Yes, they can be mezzed, though to do it solo reliably would probably require a very tight dominator build with an insane amount of recharge.

GMs can be held. It takes about 4 doms as I recall from the HTTT glory days. We've held Big Sparky and the Ghost plenty of times.
