HELP! Epic Archetypes won't unlock!

Sometimes you need to log in on your 20+ character then log out and log back in to have the system recognize that you can create EATs.
You are not trying to create a EAT in Praetoria are you? That isn't allowed.

Also if you are trying to unlock the HEATs you can only do that by getting a hero to 20. Crossing over won't do it nor will leveling a hero archetype to 20 in Praetoria. And Villain archetypes in Praetoria don't unlock VEATs either.

Sometimes ppl need to use a scroll bar when making a toon to see all their choices....
I have a level 20 mm on red side and level 20 brute on blue side but yet no epic archetype is available even though a message telling me they were unlocked appared each ot the 2 times I reach level 20! What am i missing ? Please help!
