Nevermind, can I delete this? GM is taking care of me now, just took almost 5 hours, we're good now.

Yes they do, and will get to you as soon as they can. It depends on how many other petitions are in front of you, and how you worded it, really.

I would imagine they're fairly busy now with the release of Going Rogue. They're usually totally swamped for the first couple weeks after a new release, especially one the size of going rogue.
