Level 2: Ninja Run
Generaly Mud Points is considered to be sub-obtimal. Imo a waste of a power choice. I also thing that Tremor functions poorly and is skippable.
This is the (much more expensive) build I have mapped out. The only thing i'm not happy with is being able to squuze out more smash/lethal defence, but I would have been sacrificing too much recharge to achieve it.

Ok...
Im too nice sometimes. A buddy of mine who recently came back to the game wanted to build a elec/earth dom to go with my dark/fire brute (mostly). So I agreed to try to come up with a build in mids for him.
Here I sit 1.5 hours later wracking my brain. I keep seeing stuff I forgot...going OMG..then redoing it. Then going crap forgot that....etc etc etc.
My question is this...what are the "must haves" (if any) and the skippable ones. My head really hurts gonna keep going in MIDS and post what I come up with later but hoping for some advice/builds/suggestions/whatever in the meantime.
