Maria's arc mission bug?

We were doing Maria's new Praetorian arc and had a problem with "Meet Up With Statesman" mission. This is the one with Black Swan. There are two objectives - defeat Black Swan and find info about Statesman.

We found and defeated Black Swan, but could not complete the mission. We found some sort of swirling vortex thingie. The mouse pointer changed to a hand near it, but clicking it did nothing.

Did we miss something? I haven't bugged it yet. We were done for the night anyway, so we're going to back and try it again and see if anything different happens.

Update:
Definitely a bug. Did the arc again today with a different group and, this time, the vortex thing was glowing and making the clue noise. It was clickable and allowed us to proceed with the mission.
