STILL can't purchase from the ncsoft store....

I am aware of the purchase limit as it pertains to security. But it's been well over 24 hours since my last purchase and I am STILL receiving a notice telling me I've reached my "on-line serial code" purchase limit.

What exactly is the duration of this limit that after 24 hours I'm still not allowed to purchase something?

EDIT: I finally found the exact purchase amount. However it was not found in the "knowledge base," rather account information. Ironicly I have NOT hit the limit yet, but the purchase I want to make will push me over.
