I'd definitely recommend it, I moved here from the Euro servers and it's much more fun to play on a highly populated server. One issue I haven't seen mentioned is a big one: there's a very good possibility that you'll lose your character's names in the process of transferring.
Might be worth checking if your intended monikers are free on Virtue before you shuffle things around.

Thanks for the tip, hadn't thought of that. Still, it's a shame to lose all that work and prestige that went into my supergroup. Anyway to change a SG name? I have one on Virtue already, but I like th eolder name.

Welcome to Virtue! Definitely a place for badgers. I have a rabid group working on Cathedral of Pain tomorrow and making plans for a badge-hunting night weekly after we switch sides. Pm me sometime, we can keep you company.

- join public channel "Virtuebadgers09". There are 1,900 + members now. It caps at 2,500 so there's still room if you are looking for a good channel. Not dead at all, 217 folks on now.
- keep your Villain Event Zone messages and Hero Event Zone messages channel on each alt, even if it's not your badge alt. Easy to switch alts quickly and grab a team
- list yourself on City Info Tracker and/or Badge-hunter.com. It's the best way to see who is actively badging and create teams for others who are also missing the same badges.

I still don't know much about the switching sides stuff. If you go rogue, can you go to both sides at any time?
I'm really considering moving my main badgers from Triumph to Virtue. I like how Virtue is busy with people running around all the time. It reminds me of when the game started and you can see awesome costumes all the time and activity.
More than that, I dont' know I'll ever get certain badges on more empty servers. Things like the arachnos flyer and the RV AVs. Am I nuts to want to move or can I get those another way (like on STF or whatver)?
