also video card is ATI Radeon mobility HD 5730

not really, no.

The starting point for all Ultra-Mode options at once is the Desktop RadeonHD 4850. It has a theoretical performance of about 10,000 Megapixels, 25,000 Megatexels, and 64gb/s memory bandwith.

The Mobile 5730 has about half that amount of shader power, with only a 13,000 Megatexel fill rate, and a little over a third of the memory performance with 25.6gb/s.

The mobile 5730 is actually less powerful than a Desktop RadeonHD 4650, and I do have one of those on hand, and even in 1024*768, Ultra-Mode is pretty much out of that GPU's reach. On strict performance, no, your system is not capable of driving Ultra-Mode with any sort of performance.

It can, but you have to be careful over which one you buy. There are 3 different models of the Mobile 5850. One of them uses DDR3 memory. The other two use GDDR5.

Of the GDD5 versions, one has a clock speed of 500mhz, the other has a clock speed of 625mhz.

In terms of raw shader power, the mobile 5850 with the 625mhz clock is about as powerful as a Desktop RadeonHD 4850, which is the starting point for Ultra-Mode options in City of Heroes. If you stick to a resolution like 1440*900 you should be able to run Ultra-Mode in Medium detail.

If the people you are buying from don't know which model they are selling you, see if they'll allow you to install and run GPUZ before you buy: http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/

well theres the 1GB GDDR5 ATI Radeon™ Mobility HD 5850 they have as a option and this video card the 1GB GDDR3 NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 260M which would delay shipment....what would you suggest me choosing?

well. I wouldn't tell you to buy the Nvidia one for several reasons. A, the 5x00 series will do DX11 / OpenGL 4.0. The GTX 260 won't.

The 5x00 series won't sap your battery life. The GTX 260 will.

No laptop with ATI Radeon graphics card is associated with exploding laptops, nor have their been any mass product recalls of laptops with ATi Radeon graphics.

The latest recall for laptops with Nvidia GPU's was just 2 months ago.

* * *

Now, in just terms of raw performance, you have to be careful which version of the GTX 260 you buy because it came in two models.

Where as with the RadeonHD 5850 the DDR3 model is the least powerful with it's anemic memory bandwidth...

On the Geforce GTX 260, the DDR3 model has nearly double the Texel and Pixel performance of it's GDDR5 cousin, and a wider memory bus, so even though it uses slower memory, it has more bandwidth.

On paper, the DDR3 Geforce GTX 260 is more powerful than the 625mhz GDDR5 RadeonHD 5850. On paper theoretical performance isn't everything though. Just because a card says it's more powerful, on paper, doesn't mean it actually is.
Case in point, recently I pitted a 2X Crossfire RadeonHD 4850 against a Triple SLI Geforce GTS 250 under Unigine Heaven 2.1 with16x Anistropic Filtering and 8x Anti-Aliasing in the low resolution of 1440*900.

The 2x RadeonHD 4850 system was backed by an Intel Core 2 Duo around 2.2ghz.
The 3x GTS 250 system was backed by an Athlon64 6000 around 3ghz.

The 2x RadeonHD System had a Unigine score of 563
The 3x GTS 250 system had a Unigine score of 367

On paper the GTS 250 is way more powerful than the RadeonHD 4850, with much higher theoretical pixel rendering performance, much higher texel rendering performance, and a higher memory bus. In real-life, in actual games, the 4850 is able to punch the GTS 250 squarely on the nose.
Getting back to your desire for a laptop... without knowing exactly which card you are buying, I can't tell you to straight out buy one. In realistic rendering, even the slower Mobile RadeonHD 5850 GDDR5 model should have no problems handing the fastest Mobile Geforce GTX 260 DDR3 model it's own head.

I would talk to the guys you are buying from, and get it in writing, which card you are getting before you buy.

I've been down that path of buying a gaming laptop (Clevo D9000T) on the promises of getting the highest performing graphics card, but actually getting the lowest performing one in the physically shipped package.
