Or those who are not aware of the hero lounge.

Manticore tells you to talk to Ms. Liberty... in Fort Trident. Somehow copying her there has made TFs that involve her point to the hero lounge.

A game is not supposed to be some kind of... place where people enjoy themselves!

Ok, you CAN do it by taking to the Ms. Liberty in Atlas Park, but it directs you to Fort Trident.
