Difficulty Slotting Enhancements

My girlfriend is having issues with her enhancement management screen since GR went live.

She is unable to reliably drag enhancements from the tray to power slots, instead it flickers slightly then drops them back in the tray - having moved about 1mm.

Persistence pays off and she can eventually slot them, but it's taking minutes for each single enhancement.

I don't have this issue at all so I'm not too sure what could be causing it. We both have ATI 48xx graphics cards with latest drivers, she's on Win7 and I'm on Vista (for my sins.)

I've searched the forum but can't find anything about a similar issue, although I could very well be missing it.

Anyone had a similar issue or know of a resolution?
