The store is down. When the store is down, your slots go away. When the store comes back, you will get your slots back. This is because extra slots are tied to the store.

okay thank you as long as i get them back, and yes i do live up to my name lol
i have a bunch of bought slots on liberty server and today i deleted like 5 characters that i made out of boredom some time ago, i go to make a character and every slot that was filled now says "unavailable" i have been robbed of all the slots i have bought in the past and if this is more than a bug with the new issue and this is how they do business then i am no longer going to play, this is total BS.
