I get in just fine.
Try flushing your cookies and rebooting.
If that doesn't work, try a different browser.
If that doesn't work, then it's Support Ticket time.

Pretty sure it's the DNS thing from earlier in the week.
My Firefox gets it but my Opera doesn't.
So try as Zombie and I have suggested and try it in a different browser to see if that resolved your issue.

Is the NC Soft Master Account thing down?
I set the PW on my husbands account, since I pay for it with my CC.
When I click "Forgot PW" which I didn't... but trying to get them to send something to his email... I get stuck in a loop. Where it asks me to enter his acc name... then birthday and that stupid code... enter... and then it just asks for the same crap over and over and over.
help.
