I've seen that error message once in a while, but never consistently. It usually doesn't come back after I re-launch the updater.
If you have a reoccurring issue, send a request to help.ncsoft.com.

When I try to run CoH on my Mac Mini, it starts to update, the an error message pops up:
Updater - Error
CohUpdater is already running, you can only run one at a time
I checked to see if I could force quit anything as shown in the Mac Help thread, but there is nothing running as described. OS is Snow Leopard. Any suggestions? I'd really like to be able to get this fixed asap, still running on my windows laptop for now.
