Getting rid of the GR beta
Manually delete your shortcut, the beta install directory and the associated registry entries pointing to that beta install directory.
If you don't feel comfortable mucking about in the registry, after deleting the shortcut and install directory, use something like Auslogics Registry Cleaner to do it for you.

Same Question !!!!!
The hard things I can do--- The impossible just take a little bit longer.
If numbers are so much more important than a teammate who is fun to play with, forget about the game altogether and go play with a calculator instead. -Claws and Effect-
Bill can you explain that for the totally computer ignorant ??

To further add, I don't see you running into any issues at all later down the road by ignoring the beta registry entries. Just kill the shortcut and the install directory and leave it at that.

You can also go to your control panel, then to uninstall program and then locate it in the list and use that to uninstall it. At least it worked for me. It removed the beta and my live is still intact.

Now that the GR beta is coming to an end, how can I get rid of it? Using its uninstaller apparently uninstalls the Live client, and I understand that just deleting the folder will result in registry errors. Since it automatically installed to my C: drive where I don't want it, I'd like to get rid of it now that it's done with. How should I do that?
