Villain Mission Completion Fanfare is music?

I have been missing my mission completion fanfare since i16 because I found it was controlled by the music slider and I find the ingame music distracting. I posted in the suggestions forum and someone said it was supposed to be sfx. When I tested both sides I found my Villain side fanfare is on the music slider but heroside is on the sfx slider.
Is this just my files or wai?

I've been trying to figure out for weeks why I don't hear any villain mission completion sound.

But now it would be good to know if this is an error or wai because lots of people didn't like it.
