Are you asking if you can have an NA (North American) account, even though you are in England?
If so, then the answer is yes. There are plenty of players from around the world that play on the NA servers.

I went and checked but there seems to be no other subscription method than a serial code, which I cannot obtain from my location? Help?
You downloaded the NA version. When you log in to your NCsoft Master Account and go to upgrade your City of Heroes account, it should ask for billing information. Once you provide a method of payment, it should then apply the code to the account you are upgrading.
Yes, it's by serial code. The NCSoft store that's displayed in the US gives us an option to buy either the North American or EU code. I assume the reverse is true.
Now if you simply want to try the US trial it's easy enough for one of us to PM you a trial code.

Once they have that information, they will then provide you with a code that you will apply to an account. Be warned, it may give you two options "Apply to Xxxxx account" or "Create a new account", you'll want to upgrade your existing trial account if you want to keep what you've created so far.
I'm not sure if they still send you the complete code in an email, once you've subscribed.

If not, you should change the language at the top right from English(GB) to English(US) and try again.

Since they are 'digital' purchases, I presume the code and game client links are sent to my email? Plus If I downloaded the client in the trial, do I need to redownload the client from the email?
the code them self will be automatically applied to the account you logged in to do the purchase.
The client is the same so no need to redownload.

Roadmaster, also you should be able to change to the US store up at the top, right corner of the NCsoft page, there's a drop-down that will say either English (US) or English (GB). You obviously want the English (US) one.

You will find the Good vs Evil Edition handy. It give you a Jump Pack which is nice to have at the lower level until you wish to pick up a travel power. You also get a VIP Pass which grants you a Pocket D teleport power along with access to the Tiki Club in Pocket D where you can see Trina the Tailor.
With $20 GvE, Architect, Mac editions of the game you get not only the free month like the vanilla CoH edition but you also get special "goodies" consisting of temp powers, costume options and other things.
GvE comes with: Three exclusive in-game items: jump pack prestige power; "Pocket D" VIP card teleport power; new hero and villain costume pieces.

I accidentally downloaded the NA version, then i heard about the lack of EU population, is there anyway I can subscribe from EU? (if it helps im in England).
