Survivability, probably the MA/Regen.
Damage, definitely the DM/FA, by a mile. Maybe two.
The MA/Fire would be something of a compromise between the two.
My two lvl 50 scrappers are MA/Regen and MA/Fire. Both are fun, clicktastic scrappers and I'd recommend either one. DM/Fire won't have the grace of MA, but the power of the combo is undeniable with two heals, two build-up powers, two end recovery powers. It's a combo I've been wanting to play for quite some time.

DM/FA is fun as hell if you like clicking lots of buttons. It's pretty short on mitigation - there's no Psi protection whatsoever except healing through it, no inherent KB protection, etc. But man does it make things die. With the /FA buffs coming with GR, things will die even faster, but you're still going to be pretty squishy.
MA's getting buffed too, but mainly in the damage front. Regen is still a pretty killer secondary in terms of staying alive.
Never got a Scrapper past level 18, so I'm looking for something new with GR. Haven't gotten MA or Regen very high either, but I'd like something flashier visually if possible.
As such, a few questions.
So between DM/FA and MA/Regen, which would better in terms of survivability and damage output? MA/FA is another option if that syncs at all.
