your gonna need tough and weave to take hits. right now your 45% resistance to s/l aint gonna get you far.
also some of your slotting is ood.i mean your putting 39% damage in burn after all the changes?
this is an old build i had made before i shelved her months ago, any changes you could recommend would be helpful XD
also what changes to burn? i don't think i've read about those yet...

With the new changes etc happening come i18 i thought i'd dust off my old fire tank. She's not slotted yet so any changes you guys would care to make please let me know. The main thing is i've picked powers i like/want. I got hasten purely for the recharge and i don't like super speed (always loved fly and it goes with the concept of the char.
Want to be able to take hits whether in a team or solo as well as deal out the damage
