Most of my cohorts from east coast to west coast are on in the evening hours - so from 4pm your time til 10 or 11pm your time. I generally see a large population during these times, and thats 7 days a week (sundays might be a little slower tho)

Weird, I'm playing from Dublin, Ireland, 8 hours ahead of you and I've been getting teams pretty easily. Last night I was on at 11pm my time, so 3pm yours and got a team pretty quickly.
The night before there was me and 3 others marked as LFT in Sharks so I took the lead, invited them and soon we had a 6 person team happily chomping through various content.
It's always a good time to log on Villian side . Could be that a majority are on teams already or are in a mish/tf etc . When making a team , I look for those who are looking for a team or mish first depending on lvl , and go from there . Also broadcasting that you are starting a team works as well , and make sure to have a mish ready so the team is not waiting around . Have fun 
I like playing Villains mostly. but on this server I rarely see people online playing when I do. I see many playing on blueside in comparison. Is there a specific time more people play villains on Virtue Monday-Friday? Or on the weekends for that matter? Pacific time would be good for me. I am in California playing COH. Thank you...
