You need to petition, or submit a ticket to helpdesk. Right now.
I have heard of quote a few success's at getting lost mails back, and a few sadder tales.
Email is virtually instant. You should (hindsight i know) always try to get them asap, and contact support asap if they are not.
I don't suffer from altitis, I enjoy every minute of it.

Tried to log into CoH today to get the set of Pan's and Other IOs I emailed. I would say about 14 IOs sent to me. so I thought it was a bug so I waited a few days.
Its been a week now and still my IOs have not been sent.
Help would be greatly Appreciated
