In answer to the actual question you posed, I didn't realize it had ever been there in the first place, leading me to believe that it may have been a bug and wasn't intended to be there.

Heres a good one you can't use the cyborg upper legs on monsterous legs either. Found that out when making a robot character that was gonna use the lower monsterous robot legs but couldn't use cyborg upper.
