The chance for damage works really nice in Spectral Terror. It checks every 10 secs on every foe in Spectral's PBAOE. I suppose it works on Spectral's single target scream, but I haven't paid much attention to it since the AOE works so well.
Teams are the number one killer of soloists.
Tested and aproved. Works both on aura and single target fear, works not only when you summon it and does very nice free damage. Thanks!
Some people claim that the proc can break the fear, allowing the foe to take a shot at you. I haven't really noticed it, but then I have never really spent much time testing it.
I usually put an Acc/Fear/Rech in the default slot in the beginning, and then put the proc in a second slot. If I'm not going for a high-recharge build, that's enough to slot for Spooky.

Well, Illusion is a chaos set, so the feared enemies are not going to stay undisturbed for any length of time anyway. I use Spectral Terror as an opener to negate the alpha strike and a general hinderance to the enemy group.

Title just says about everything. Does the proc psy damage on GotA works for spectral terror? Does it only procs on the casted fear it does or on the aura too? Is it worth anything?
