There are a lot of SGs using Ventrillo or teamspeak. Browse the Liberty group listings stickied up above and they typically list it in their info.
Ops will take you in, we currently have 10actives, 5+more are currently thinking about coming back for Going Rogue.
We have ventrilo, forums, 15SG/VGs currently 5 are in the top 100. We play across 5 servers. Liberty is our main "hero" server, we currently have 4(maybe 5 now) Project Obsidian Operation bases 3 are in the top 100. Guardian is our main "villian" server, we have yet decided to shut down the bases on that server due to inactivity. We currently have 3VGs there, 2 in the top 100. Protector is another hero server(small base). Virtue/Freedom is our mix servers. Freedom has 2villian, and 2hero bases. Virtue has one of each.
We have 2 weekly teams, Monday and Thursdays.
Largest and Most Active Group on Exalted! Daily Teams, events, raids, trials, task/strike forces! /chanjoin OOCIC - 7Servers, 20bases, 8 bases in top 100! - We have ventrilo and forums!

Ops is a good SG to be associated with... DW does not currently have Vent or TS3... however, we are considering a move in that direction in the near future...
There are serveral larger and active SG's on Liberty (ours included) but Ops is a vent capable SG. A few others I would recommend for their size and activity level is A.W.O.L and the Sisterhood... I'm sure there are a few more, but these are the three we have teamed with most in the past and they have all been highly rewarding experiences... You can't go wrong with any of the three... (4 including DW

John is correct, there is a wide variety of SGs out there. Most active ones I see running around is Sisterhood/A.W.O.L/Dream Weaverz and a few others which I cannot remember the names of lol
