Server error on Virtue and Protector servers only

I can get on any server in the game except Virtue and Protector, trying to log onto either of these gives me a "cannot connect to DB server' msg and alternately " you must fill in name and password" msgs, this wouldn't be so bad except i play on virtue almost exclusively
