It's not that bad. I took it because I needed a power that didn't need any slots in it to work, and I kill fast enough that they don't wander very far before they die. Doesn't bother me to run a few feet or make a short hop to get my next kill. But as with all things, YMMV.

Currently 41 and running at +1/x6. I like to have them packed in for the AV combo. Though it is comedy watching them stagger along like drunkin foos

I have both. I hate what they did with CoF, so unless I'm fighting tough mobs or bosses I leave off CoF and just use OG. If I had to choose just one I'd choose OG especially if I only had one or two slots to spare.
