Super Group Registrar in Port Oakes Crashes Game

After not finding anything listed by searching for bugs and the word Registrar, I thought I should post something about a recurring problem that many people I know have been experiencing, lately. Whenever someone attempts to click on the Super Group Registrar's link called Show me all of the registered Super Groups, the game client crashes nine times out of ten attempts.

Is there any way to fix this for the individual player, or is this a known issue, that for reasons unbeknown to us players has been left off the Known Issues page?
